Online Application For Permission To Set Up Temporary Electrical Installation At Exposition/Trade Fair/Mini Fair site (Form P).

General Requirements

1. This Form P is for the purpose of obtaining a permit from the Energy Market Authority of Singapore for setting up an electrical installation for exposition / trade fair / mini-fair at a designated location. It shall be submitted to EMA through the licensed electrical worker appointed by the applicant (operator) of the exposition / trade fair / mini-fair.

2. No payment is required for the submission and endorsement of Form P.

3. Your application will be processed online. Please follow the instructions and print the letter for records.

Filling Up Form P

1. State the start date and end date of the proposed fair, the designated location and particulars of the applicant who intends to hold the exhibition or fairs. A softcopy of the site plan (in .jpg, .tif, .gif or .zip) shall be submitted together with the application.

2. State the total aggregate supply capacity for the proposed fair and the source of electricity supply. If more than one mobile generator is required, the total supply capacity of all the generators should be stated.
